Concept: Inspired by the client's vision to modernize and create an online platform for the housekeeper and general household help industry in Vietnam, the logo presents a housekeeper in an at sign. Aimed at a predominantly female demographic, the colour palette and clean logotype put forth a clean and crisp look that, combined with the logo, conveys a brand that is personal and engaging yet excellent and professional.
Deceptively simplified by a responsive and intuitive front- and back-end interface setup, the web-based system boasts of intuitive housekeeper search functions, personalized housekeeper profiles and highly custom messaging and data reporting capabilities that altogether work to achieve the client's guaranteed customer-agent response time of 15 minutes or less.
